- Billing through App Store or Google Play
- Auto-renewal unless canceled 24 hours before period ends
- Refunds subject to platform policies (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app if you are under legal drinking age
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Promote excessive or irresponsible drinking
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the app
- Upload malicious content or viruses
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
- Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account
5. User-Generated Content
When you submit content (ratings, reviews, custom cocktails):
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
- You confirm your content doesn't violate third-party rights

- You're responsible for backup; we're not liable for loss

Our AI provides personalized suggestions based on preferences and patterns. However:
